I contacted Matt Heath to conduct an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) on my mum's house in Shirley. The house had been flooded before Christmas, following a burst pipe and I wanted to ensure the electrics were 'safe' before starting the re-plastering and decorating. Matt fitted in the assessment at short notice and moved other appointments to facilitate this. Within a week, I had the assessment completed and a copy of the accompanying report.
