Lots of parking available, Friendly greeting from the receptionist all info given The room.was very small as was the bathroom. WiFi was excellent Shower was spot on Bed was comfortable enough Breakfast not included but could add on for a fiver No food being served until the chef started at the end of the month not many restaurants close by so ordered a takeaway offed to eat at a table in the restaurant if I wanted too but took to the room instead . Lots of nice walks and running spots close by. Would stay again but in a different room.

Was supposed to be WiFi in the room and bottled water but there wasn't any, we did go to reception and man said there was supposed to be a book in the room with the password but there wasn't and room wasn't very clean to be honest.

Lovely place with lots of parking. Ideal for a visit to Leeds. Bar with good choice of drinks. Tea and coffee and a kettle. Well appointed room with a shower.

I’m actually staying here at present. Myself and G are staying here while we find a temp home between moving address which has been a nightmare ( huge understatement ) ..anyhow .. had a little trouble booking in at first as I only had cash and no car to get me from my location at that moment to a place I could bank my cash to pay for the room but got there in the end .. why is my money no good anymore anywhere, it’s cash but hotels seem to only accept card payments all round ? Stevie the receptionist who greeted me on arrival, was very welcoming, lovely, warm and smiley girl, what you need after lots of stress and she put us in a lovely room, cosy yes but a little cold on that particular night with no heating or hot water due to an issue with the boiler but it happens and it’s now fixed and working fine in the room I’m in now. We moved too one of the coach house rooms, nothing flash but nothing to complain about either and it’s ideal location for Gs current work place travel. There’s a shop 50yards away and the area although the hotel located on a busy main road isn’t particularly noisy and it’s actually a very cute and pleasant spot. Staff are all lovely and warm as far as I have personally encountered and I can’t complain .. I’d recommend it as ideal if on a budget or for small events venue also .. and for anyone passing through really. Xx
