Fantastic service with great engineers . A special thanks to Chris who quickly identified the problem and went over and above to help me with a leak which was not on my property which it appeared to be , but helped my elderly neighbour who did not realise that his boiler was faulty and with compassion and professionalism sorted the problem out to our mutual benefit .
