I was unsure about buying a new product that i didn't know very much about, blind and off the internet. I contacted Heater Store and Jeff was a joy to deal with. His knowledge made me feel he was genuinely trying to help me find the right solution for my situation and even sized the radiator from the room sizes i gave him. At no point did i feel like Heater Store were trying to sell me anything and gave me the confidence, after a little more investigation, to buy the radiators from them. Once they arrived I found them easy to install, with a little DIY knowledge and have exceeded my expectations with regards the way they heat my room. I knew nothing about electric heating before this and found reviews and general internet research confusing at best, so couldn't recommend enough how easy these guys made it to get exactly what i needed.
