I can't praise this company highly enough. They came to my attention via 3 FB recommendations so the expectation was already high but they totally exceeded it. I'd been without hot water for a number of days and the boiler was fixed and ready to use in no time. Excellent service, good price and I won't use anyone else now I have their contact details. Thank you doesn't seem be be enough.

Ricky and his team turned up at 7pm to find a leak in our heating system. No stone was left unturned to find the leak which was found before they left. They returned the next day very promptly to fix the leak and ensure that the system was working before leaving. The advice throughout was second to none. I will definitely use them for all plumbing in the future, and highly recommend them to any friends and family.

Heat 365 were recommended to me late at night through social media. The gaffer Ricky was happy to come out late that night but we declined until the morning. They came early the next day, short sharp and straight to the point with me. I don't know anything about boilers and the gent gave me three options to resolve and two of those options did not benefit Heat 365 as a business. I would recommend these gents as they will look to do what's right for the customer over their own pockets and these boys will now benefit by completing my boiler service every year. Called them in the morning and he was at the house fixing my drainage issue first thing same day. In and out within 15 minutes for a fair price, will definately be calling again if there are any other issues! Highly recommend them!
