After being let down by another couple of companies I came across Heat Tech Hampshire and I couldn't be happier about it! I send a message on Sunday and received a response literally 10 mins later! Dan came to do a service on my boiler and he did take the time to ask the questions if I have any problems with it and gave me options what could be done explaining at the same time to me how it all works so I had better understanding. Very knowledgeable man. Needles to say the service and quotes for the fix were highly competitive. I now have serviced, fixed and perfectly working boiler! This is definitely the company I will be using every year for the service and I will be recommending Heat Tech to my family and friends. Dan thank you very much for all you've done, I feel that with your knowledge I will not be needing a new boiler for decades! 😁

After spending most of my day trying to get someone to come out to an issue with my boiler on the coldest day of the year, I was advised to give Dan a call, not only did he provide support over the phone, he also came out to us after a full day at work and sorted the issue in person.
