We used these guys on our main home and a buy-to-let we have, the guys are super nice, and you definitely feel like you’re in competent hands, my partner also found them really professional, and she doesn’t say that about many of the people we have had round to help us on our refurb. Also, our tenants have said the same, and that’s important to me as a landlord. I need to know I can trust their work and professionalism. They get the job done with no fuss. The last job we got them around for was a difficult boiler repair, once they diagnosed the issue, they ran out to get the part and had our heating up and running that day, so we were only without heating for a few hours, they provide a brilliant service, they’re now part of my team, the bottom line is their reliable and the prices are reasonable, once you find people like this you look after then as they will look after you. Arrived first thing, the engineer was so friendly and explained what he was going to do, got to work, gave me a tutorial on how to use the fancy new controller and the best part was the cost. An excellent, affordable price for the boiler, installation, flush through and filter. left the house clean, and aside from the quality work, he is simply a very nice guy!
