Been waiting for over a month for them to call back and fix a toilet pan (flexi-pipe and cistern) in NR2 3NW but never got back to me. They probably thought smells and blockage coming from toilet could wait. You need to chase them up and then they just turn up to do some measurements and said they would do their best as my wife is pregnant and needs toilet upstairs. Very unhelpful, wouldn't recommend. I ended up fixing it myself.

After having been let down by yet another company, I came upon Heat Norfolk in my search for a company that would inspect/service our Solar Thermal system, so I called on the 23rd November and booked an appointment on the 10th December for an engineer. The lady answering the phone sounded very professional and efficient, and after having explained my experience with the previous company she assured me someone would be at our house at 8.00 am to carry out the work. So I felt very confident that finally I had found a company to do the work. On the allocated day, I prepped the area in our loft for the engineer but 8.00 am came and went and no-show. Initially I thought I had been mistaken and that the appointment was for 8.30, but even then, still no-show. So I phoned them up to find out what the situation was. The lady on the 'phone didn't seem to recognise my name and asked me to hold whilst she checked. A short while later she informed me that the engineer allocated to our job had "just" called in sick!! Very disappointed an am concerned that all plumbing/heating companies in our area treat customers in this same manner.

I had a Gas boiler replaced and CH system overhauled recently. The company has been a pleasure to deal with. Turning up on the allotted date and time, completeing the work on time in budget and with skill and professionalism that is hard to find these days. The engineer that did the onsite work is a credit to Heat Norfolk. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Service: Heating system installation

Good and reliable Heating Engineers are not easy to find, with oftentimes calls going unanswered, appointments not kept, or long lead times. Not such an issue if it is maybe for a boiler service, or something minor, not if you have a boiler breakdown. Heat Norfolk are superb, with a properly structured organisation that includes office (so calls always answered), with breakdown engineers along with installation teams. This means you are highly likely to receive timely response in an emergency. From initial call a week ago, first visit next morning, 2 visits later - parts replaced), boiler fully up and running today (Christmas Eve). Charges are clear and transparent, with a very friendly personal service. Personally, I wouldn't use anyone else....

We had our oil fired boiler break down on us two weeks ago during a particularly difficul time for us involving a stay in hospital for my wife. After being messed around by a so called heating engineer from a 'nameless' one man outfit, leaving us still with no heating or hot water during the last cold snap, I discovered Heat Norfolk. An extremely helpful lady informed me it might be possible, even at such short notice,for an engineer to call the following morning. Sure enough, Shane appeared next morning and proceeded to pinpoint the fault, replace the faulty component and make good the damage done by the other man. We cannot thank you enough and have no hesitation in recommending Heat Norfolk.
