It's the first time I've had to have a boiler replaced and Paul explained all my options in layman's terms without talking down to me (sadly this has happened to me on more than one occasion in the past). I felt comfortable having him work in my home for two days and he left with my house far cleaner than I'd anticipated given the size of the job! This is a top class little company. Paul is very knowledgeable. They take pains to arrive and finish on time. They are very well organised, clearing away as they go. Paul even came round the previous day for the afternoon to see if he could fix the old boiler first- no charge and very friendly . I strongly recommend .
