Discussed a medical repatriation with Hearts First. Waited 3 weeks for a quotation which I continually had to chase for updates. Once instructed to carry out the repatriation, communication was extremely poor. Eventually had to instruct another company to carry out the repatriation which was significantly smoother.

So grateful for the care and attention given to us by Andy and Mick. Repatriated from our Mediterranean cruise after my husband had a detached retina and was unable to drive and feeling very shaky. These guys were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend their service wholeheartedly. John and Trudy Greenwood September 22.

I work freelance for this private ambulance service and it’s a pleasure to go into work. The admin staff are brilliant, accommodating my professional needs, and expedient in their responsiveness. The organisation offers a variety of work, great incentives, with a high quality workforce. I would recommend anyone with ambulance care training and experience to join this company. And I would highly recommend any organisation to use their facilities for repatriation purposes. Leaders in the field.

Steve, Dave and Chris did a brilliant job, very professional, friendly and efficient. The journey from central France to Suffolk via Eurotunnel went smoothly and we felt both relaxed and safe. I had suffered a Non Stemi Infarction and my wife had a broken wrist. We cannot thank you enough.
