Seemed like a nice guy to be fair. But BEWARE!! Car came with a fresh 12 months mot. Almost instantly driving home there was an horrendous bang and a banging all the way home as I limped the car down the motorway with the shock absorber banging the strut tower. And a failing front passenger wheel bearing wurring away!! No idea how this car passed its dodgy MOT with a damaged shock mount and strut tower, failed wheel bearing and a fractured spring. Also take a look at the Cambelt 😂 hanging on by the skin of its teeth bless it. Car is good and road worthy now after a hefty little mechanic bill.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Enquired about a car asking to view. Given times to come and see, turned up to find the place closed. Several unanswered calls and voicemails later and we left. Sat for 50 mins waiting after travelling 72 miles with a small child. Disgusting business. Dont waste your time or fuel!

I saw this A3 Audi advertised by Zeb (owner) at Heartlands Motors, it looked superb, inside and out, had FSH (Audi) a brand new MOT, and came with 3 months parts and labour warrantee. The price was slightly lower (by a over a couple of hundred pounds) compared with others advertised. I phoned Zeb and managed to get a better deal than was advertised, so I bought it. (defiantly no regrets) The car was delivered FOC and was as described, I took it to my local garage and had my mechanic (a good friend of mine) go right through the car, the only thing he found was the cigarette lighter was not working (fuse gone), that was it. I thought I would phone up Zeb and tell him I had a problem with the car, not explaining what it was (ciggy lighter) his immediate response was "take it to a garage, get it fixed, give me the bill and I will pay the money straight back into your bank" That is what I call 100% customer service, would I recommend this garage ? without a doubt. This Dealer is totally honest, a rarity in the car trade. For a car that is 11 years old, I think it's cracker, no leaks, no smoke, just a very well presented car. Want a car this good ? don't go and get ripped off, talk to Zeb at "Heartlands Motors" where Quality and honesty go hand in hand.
