Came to Heartlands as a third party as a panel on my bed had broken and I couldn't get in touch with the company I bought the bed from. Whilst they weren't able to send a new panel, they instead picked it up and repaired it! Excellent customer service, thank you very much!

Wouldn't even give one star if that was an option. Shocking customer service and shouldn't be running a company. If you want a sofa delivered, don't bother unless you want hassle, time wasted and a total lack of unprofessionalism. Would NEVER order from here again!!!

Had a sofa bed delivered after waiting for 3 weeks. Waited around from 8am and finally arrived late afternoon. My husband opened the box in the evening and realised the sofa bed was covered in mould in several places. Rang company and arranged for someone to bring a replacement. Again waited 8am onwards (after losing a day's wages as work for agency and only get paid when I work). Got a call at 2.30 to say that the sofa will not be delivered as it slipped an employee's mind to arrange a delivery on that day!!! Weren't able to deliver until after 6pm on the following day. Would NEVER deal with such an unprofessional company again!
