Lisa’s treatments are fantastic, I always leave feeling relaxed and its helping me so much with my pregnancy. Lisa is incredibly warm and nurturing, has fantastic advice and picks up on every niggle or issue without being told. Her treatment room is so comfortable, cosy and quiet, reflexology is incredible and Lisa is the best therapist I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried a fair few!)

Following a series of pressure headaches where the symptoms involved the feeling of someone pressing on my skull and a pounding pain almost in time with heartbeat. I was suggested to try reflexology as an alternative to pain killers. I found Lisa Morton of Heart of reflexology online and made an appointment. Following a very detailed consultation a method of stress relieving my neck and clearing the lymph channels treatment begun. Through my feet Lisa's knowledge of the human body and where particular stress points where located. I continued with several sessions involving treatments on my feet , head and neck I significant improvement was evident. in a calming room with ambience music I was able to relax through all the processes and since several sessions I can say 1 year on I have never suffered these headaches again. Lots of fluids after the sessions are important as the body has a way of unblocking knots and enabling to function correctly. Lisa is a very warming, knowledgeable and professional person at what she can offer and I wouldn't hesitate to go again. Ian

I’ve had reflexology treatments in the past but this is by far the best! I love how firm Lisa’s technique is and it’s amazing how much she finds out just by looking at my feet, she’s extremely knowledgable. After a course of treatment I have been very impressed with the results and still continue to use Lisa today. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone interested in reflexology - she is amazing!
