A lovely team who are very friendly. I had an unfortunate experience with another jewellers down the high road. I had asked for a ring measuring service (willing to pay of course) only to be accused of having a cheek asking it. Odd and i did get very annoyed. So I went to heart of Gold and was helped immediately by three very kind ladies and purchased a ring measurement band. I'll be taking my wedding ring which needs resizing down to them in the near future. I'd really recommend them and have found my local jewellers :)

Amazing ear piercing process. The shop was clean and spacious with sanitisation, the lady who pierced my ears was lovely, helpful and calming and let me know what was happening and going to happen at every point of the process with reassurance and the piercing was done professionally and smoothly with no pain during or after.
