School, any school is pretty much what you make of it. The change to having pastoral care managers is a successful one. While doing as much as possible to get good grades, the school is preparing pupils for life as well If you want to work you will do well. I'd suggest the school should try to cultivate more input from parents to help grow a supportive and nurturing school, makes it easier for teachers too, if they can call on help from interested parents.
