We purchased our Chausson 610 welcome 2015 plate from Heart of England MH in February. From the first visit all the staff were highly professional and knowledgeable about their vehicles. We had a long test drive and all our questions dealt with. All the vans were in pristine condition. Excellent customer service and communication from Mike throughout our purchase. Then 6 months on our internal water pump started to leak whilst we were touring Ireland. We contacted HOEMH and Trish the service manager was really supportive. We found a dealer in Scotland who sourced a replacement and fitted it for us. Heart of England sorted the payment, no fuss and we were able to continue our tour. That sort of 5star service was really appreciated by us. Thanks everyone at HOEMH. We thoroughly recommend this business.

Recently bought a Carado motorhome from Heart of Motorhomes and was very happy with the friendly service and didn't feel pressured from the guys when initially viewing the stock on offer. Sam provided a video overview of the motorhome prior to collection and also had a bumper fixed prior to collection as he promised. We also had a camera fitted and bike rack which were both installed professionally. We part-exchanged our old motorhome and received a fair price too. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or secondhand motorhome. Thanks again guys!
