Fair play to John, we had issues outside of his control and considering the windows were fit in 2021, as a man of his word he has been back and rectified these problems free of charge. Unfortunately our experience of this company is poor. John has twice failed to do what he promised. Firstly, he promised to call back to make an appointment in order to measure up and provide a quote - he didn't. Giving the benefit of the doubt we chased up and fair enough he came around that afternoon, advising that we would get his quote the following week. We didn't and that was over 3 weeks ago. I'm not certain If John did not want the work or if there was another reason but John either needs to either be A) honest with customers and tell them he is not interested or B) improve his processes and communication skills to ensure that customer gets what he says they will and in the timescale advised. From the other reviews John seems to be a very good window fitter but we have not been able to give him the chance to prove this and that is his own fault.

Thanks for your reply below but note that I have sent messages to confirm twice whether you will do this job after I come back from Holidays and never had a reply. Yes, I will look for a another company as you cannot be trusted.
