I placed an order and received an e-mail confirmation of shipping in 3-5 days. After phoning to chase order 10 days later was told it was on 6 month back order. Apparently an email had been sent, but it came from a private individual not the company I had placed the order with. Their website and order confirmation software is not linked to stock availability. In the end we sent the sewing machine back, had to pay £18 for the return and it took over 2 weeks and 2 phone calls to get a refund. Not sure this company knows what customer service is
