  Absolutely loved my experience with Heart A Flutter! It was a surprise appointment and my friend had them pick all the dresses I’d sent. They were perfect and I might have found THE dress! Their collection of Sarah Seven is incredible. Definitely put this on your list of bridal shops to visit!

  Mixed experience at Heart Aflutter Bridal. They have a wonderful selection of Sarah Seven gowns and the studio is a lovely, bright environment for a bridal appointment. I was assisted by Immy was was very friendly and helpful. Cecilia (who I presume is the owner or manager) was generally quite cold and pushed hard on closing a sale, even though this was my first appointment. She offered to remove the rush fee if I did agree to a sale. For context, I was considering one of the more expensive dresses they offer and they request payment in full (certainly not a decision you want to make on the spot) - her attitude changed when I said that I would prefer to go away with my Mother for an hour or so, so we could arrange our finances and discuss over coffee. I also had 1 other bridal appointment that day which I had confirmed and paid for. Cecilia said that in this case she would not honour the rush fee and we would have to pay remotely - I just feel that this came across as inconsiderate and cold and left us with a bad feeling after an initially successful appointment. We had every intention of returning that day to secure the dress, however this level of service made us want to go elsewhere. I have also read the responses to other comments below - I think you can see from these that there is a lack of acknowledgment for feedback. The responses question if reviews are genuine. I can say with clarity that I am a genuine customer, and this is a genuine review.

  Buying my wedding dress and veil could not have been more seamless or enjoyable! Heart Aflutter was amazing -- especially Veronika, who kept me informed on timing, shipping, etc. They also provided a wonderful seamstress in the area (Mimi Fukai), who did an excellent job. They were all easy to work with, kind, and made a somewhat stressful process fun. If you're looking for a wedding dress in London, I HIGHLY recommend Heart Aflutter!

  A wonderful experience! A massive thank you to Veronika who really helped to make my whole experience superb. From the moment i spoke with Veronika I felt at ease, she really listened and prepared for my visit, the second dress she gave me to try was the one for me! They have stunning designs fit perfectly for a more cosmopolitan bride, and also beautiful accessories for you to create your own bespoke look! If your thinking of going, take this as your sign to do so! X

  The choice of dresses here is great but it's a little less welcoming than some of the other bridal shops around to be honest. In particular it's awkward to get into the building which is an office building. We had Lisa who was lovely both times we visited. Sadly we didn't find the one but would still recommend the shop to others! Laid back, modern, not a hard sell...

  Heart Aflutter was the only shop I visited as I trusted them wholeheartedly. Their collection and designers are exactly the type of styles I had in mind for my wedding. The pre-appointment consultation was helpful as it allowed the lovely consultant to get to know me. We discussed my budget, my style and I picked some dresses from their collection. At the appointment I tried 2 dresses I picked and 2 more that she picked. I didn’t need to try on anymore as I knew I found the one. The appointment was super fun and the consultant understood what I wanted. I collected my dress today from Lisa and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to Heart Aflutter.

  I initially booked heart a flutter as a second shop option as I was coming from Yorkshire to London to another bridal shop. Im so glad I did as the other shop couldn’t even come close to the service they provided and the quality of the dresses. The zoom call with Cecilia was a real personal touch and ensured everything was discussed and ready before I arrived. I was quite nervous and a bit awkward at first the dress style I had in mind didn’t suit me but Veronica put me straight at ease and recommended the Annie dress which I instantly fell in love with. 10/10 would highly recommend.

  I’d been to several bridal shops and tried on too many dresses before I found Heart Aflutter. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish to purchase both my dress and veil! Portia was very patient with me when trying dresses on, and also so positive and supportive without being pushy. Lisa was great when my dress arrived in helping me try on accessories and veils. I would recommend Heart Aflutter to any bride-to-be!
