Great service. Can’t understand what the negative reviews are about regarding time vs £89. I’m personally very happy that it took less than 30mins to fix an issue which was bothering me for weeks. Prina was brilliant, and I’ll defo be going back to make sure everything’s hygienic and my ears are all good!

Went for consultation. My ears were fine they did not need to remove any wax. After 5 minutes inspection the consultant went through a few basic random questions then brought me to the front and charged me £89! Even for London standards I thought it was extremely expensive. I was shocked!.
