  my dad recently bought me two 'BTE' (behind the ear) Sueno Pro S tinnitus masking aids from hearing direct and they had issues with importing it in time due to this being a spanish made product so they gave it on next day delivery as we had waited a week. these aids have given me some quality of life back and have helped my sanity so much,i live in a supported living service with the noisest neighbours-when 4 neighbours surounding you are all blasting out music and not caring who they afect the aids have helped me focus more on the aids than the noise. they were £800 for 2 butr i got £50 off for being a new member. the staff at hearing direct are excelent and contact you afterwards to make sure its all working ok. hearing direct are a legit company,their website is safe, and prices are very reasonable.

  Hearing Direct :AWSOME. Would highly recommend Knowledgeable staff, provide very prompt service, & replies to any email queries I had lost my ICC hearing aid, and contacted Hearing Direct & it was the best thing that could happened. The clarity of the Signia Silk 7nx is amazing, & the programming was spot on, having lost 3 in the canal aids ( moulded ) this hearing aid is much more secure the silicone sleeve makes it comfortable to wear, less likely to drop out and my voice doesn’t sound like I’m in a tunnel . The competitive ++ + price has meant I can have 2aids to mask tinnitus in both ears and have balanced hearing. If you are worried about the settings being correct ( You don’t need to be ) you can upload audiogram. Would highly recommend

  I ordered hearing aide batteries yesterday, got an acknowledgement of order back in very quickly telling me the order was being processed. Royal Mail delivered the batteries this morning at around 10.30 a.m. My thoughts on this are that if more companies in the UK were like this the Country wouldn't be in the state it is in now.

  I have just purchased a pair of hearing aids and spoke to a lady called Bev. She helped me find the hearing aids that I was after. I cannot thank the company enough. They deal with everything very well and very professional and I cannot believe the sound and what the hearing aids can do when connected to your smart phone I found also that the hearing aids they provide are a lot cheaper and are programmed to your specification. People ask how can u do a test. HD will talk you through all of these questions so give them a call. Believe me I have researched the market and they beat everyone for quality and advice and product

  Commande passée le 14 novembre et à ce jour soit le 6 décembre toujours pas reçu. Contacter le sav qui me dit simplement que la commande est parti que celle ci doit arrivé d' un jour à l'autre...   j'ai fais un achat d'une aide auditive il y a 5 semaines qui n’était pas noté en rupture de stock ! au bout de 2 jours , je reçois un mail disant rupture de stock = 15 jours de retard ! au bout de 3 semaine suite a mes relances , on me dit : probleme transporteur ! au bout d'un mois , je demande le remboursement , on me dit votre commande arrive d'un jour a l'autre ! au bout de 48 heure et le Week end qui arrive , je n'ai rien , je demande donc une deuxième fois le remboursement ! "je suis en vacances ... " !!!! cette réponse résume exactement ce qu'est ce site de vente en ligne !MENSONGES ; PAS DE STOCK , PAS DE LIVRAISON , PAS DE REMBOURSEMENT !!!! a ce jour plus aucune réponse , pas de commande arrivée , et aucun remboursement !   Poor quality product. I had 2 hearing aids that both stopped working less than 2 years after I bought them. I sent one back for repair (with a charge) 2 months ago and it still hasn't been returned. My advice would be to pay a little more from a high street retailer where you are likely to receive a more reliable service.

  Amazing product and service. I have bought several hearing aid models in the past and often paid nearly 4 times as much for them! Make sure you ask for Joan - so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
