Skip delivered by female lorry driver who had excellent customer service skills, she was very careful not to damage my driveway and trees, skillfully lowering the skip onto some scrap wooden boards. Sadly the full skip was later collected by different male driver, (male beard) turned up in an angry state, he was a day earlier than expected, he moaned at me about the skips location then told me if he demolished my wall it was not his fault? Before I could think what to say to this he then promptly drove into the canopy of a large tree on my front lawn taking out a 5' branch. He then hooked up the skip in a mad rush making it swing unevenly at about 30 degree's so it did in fact dramatically swing towards the front wall and looked like the contents would fall out. Not sure if he was making a statement as I could see the chain length were different. He did not check the load contents but literally jumped in the cab and sped off out of this small residential road dangerously fast taking out another tree branch on his exit, before I had a chance to add the scrap wood board from under the skip or the newly smashed tree branches and leaves into the skip. Not worried about the damage to the tree or the mess left on the lawn but I now have to make a trip to the local council tip (horrendous queue's) to get rid of the branches and boards which I could easily have gone into the skip. Bad collection experience, not impressed. Service: Junk removal

very friendly local company. I was let down by another company. I had only today to for all.my rubbish to be gone due to moving tomorrow. They explained they are busy I might have to wait a few hours. I had it within half hour as they rerouted a driver. There driver was very helpful. And he even returned at the end of the day to collect it do I can get the removal men in the morning. One less stressful thing not to worry about.
