I was able to get an appointment for microsuction within a week, which i was very pleased about. When i attended my appointment however, there was an admin error and i was not in the diary. I was kept waiting for half an hour but was eventually seen by a practitioner. When i entered the consultation room, i noticed someone else's earwax was on a tissue on the desk in front of me! The microsuction was done successfully but there was no follow up advice. I would not return.
