I never give 5 star reviews as I always feel there should be room for improvement - but this is a rare exception The guy was thoroughly professional - gave first class advice and information on why he gave that advice as opposed to trying to sell another service. He could easily have recommended a further procedure at an extra charge but he said it would have been unethical to do so. This honesty impressed me to the point I wanted to share my experience with this company.

After a severe ear infection, I developed an ear blockage. My friend contacted (Mark - Audiologist) and booked me an appointment in very short notice. I arrived fairly early. He began to examine me in a very professional way. Explaining everything in detail to make you feel at ease and aware of what he is doing and how I will feel. I believe I was a difficult task for him. He was very patient and professional, and it took him about 35 minutes to clear 90% of the stubborn wax inside my ear. I am eternally grateful to you, Mark. I strongly recommend Mark & his nice place (Hear Me) to all of my relatives and friends.

Really professional and caring. I first came to Hear Me London as the price was so much more competitive than elsewhere. TBH I was a bit suspicious as it was so much better than elsewhere. It is great to have someone with a lot of knowledge but it is even better when that comes with empathy. It is mainly because of the care that I can highly recommend Mark. I am happy to have purchased my hearing aids from Hear Me London as I will receive continuous long term care and maintenance.

I was so so worried about sudden hearing loss in one ear, but when I found out it was (a lot of) wax occluding the ear drum, Hear Me and Mark the audiologist were so so helpful. He saw me on the same day as my hearing went and charged me a very very reasonable price for the wax micro-suction. Mark was very reassuring and put me totally at ease. I can now hear so much better and Mark was really helpful in advising me on what to do to try to prevent the same thing happening in future! Thank you Mark!
