    Very impressed with the professionality of staff carrying out the procedure, initial consultation was with Sophie, who booked me in on an appointment for wax removal. upon procedure day it was still aching so was put on a revisit once it had softened up, 2nd visit and what a difference - so much relief - Thankyou to the staff for all they've done, granted there was a little admin mix up with what was owing, having already paid my fee, but this was easily rectified by Sophie, and no reflection on the service provided and nothing that would put me off seeking treatments again :-)
