I don’t usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, however - I ordered a blood test a number of weeks ago, did the test and sent it back and have been eagerly awaiting the results as I have some health issues that I was curious to try and figure out and start to try and fix. A number of emails have been sent with no reply and phone calls have been made to be told your first in line to then get told the lines are now closed. Obviously very disappointed at lack of contact let alone not having the results back. Looking forward to getting some sort of contact soon.

Really dissapointed with results from the tests we purchased. However the results came back and whilst I was checking for certain allergies and intolerances A pre existing medical condition identified via the NHS and currently still being treated came back as non existing! Contacted customer support to express my surprise and dissatisfaction to be questioned about the authenticity of the original diagnosis. I was open minded reading other reviews, about these tests but was happy to try them . The non discovery of my pre existing condition really casts doubts about the validity of the rest of the findings in the report. ## Astonished by the reply from the company to this review, I never divulged what tests I had done at the hospital as I explained that was confidential. Just goes to show that they have a script ready for all circumstances raised.
