Went to Healthy Spirit to get Lamberts Soya Isoflavones which I’ve had before from HS. I visited 5 times over 5 weeks seeing 3 different staff and leaving my number. Told it was on order twice, on other occasions staff were uninformed. Never received a call back. A friend recommended Amaranth health shop in Bramhall. I went there on Tuesday- they ordered them for me and called me today, 3 days later to say they were in. I’ve collected them. Very very poor customer service from Healthy Spirit and a lot of my time wasted. Disgraceful. I’ve never left a review before, but feel very strongly about this.

Cute little shop with a good variety of items but a bit overpriced. I went in for a tarot deck, a basic Rider Waite deck was £22. I bought a beautiful greeting card and protein bar for just under £5. The lady working there seemed friendly and made small talk.

First visit to the shop. Asked Sarah's advise regarding options for reducing long term joint pain. After taking the recommended Collagen and Viridian products (for two weeks) my pain levels have reduced by 90+%. Wish I had visited 10 or more years ago.

I went yesterday 25th July, to purchase some crystals. It was a pleasant experience and wilI be making another visit as I want to expand my crystal collection. The rain was pouring down quite heavily and the lady that worked in the shop offered to lend me her umbrella. I thought this was very kind and she even said I could wait in the shop until the rain calmed down. Great friendly service.
