I have been buying meat here for over a couple of years everytime it has been absolutely amazing impeccable flavours discounts were enjoyed and appreciated could not ask for more buy one get one free offers were enjoyed The meat has alway been fresh Would definitely recommend this company. Price's may seem high to some people but I have had to send meat back from the shops nearby as it was off, You never get that with healthy online

I made an order to be delivered on 31mar, for Ramadan period. It was delivered to the wrong adress on 12apr even though I had sent them an email with the correct adress about two weeks before. Being ill I had to go out in search of my parcel. After checking it I noticed there were some items missing. I have got them today on 5may ... And the order was supposed to have been delivered on 31 mar!!!! Compensation? A small box of beef sausages in the first delivery on 12 apr. Nothing as compensation in the box received today for the missing items , one month and 5 days later after its expected delivery. Not even an apology! Worst customer service ever!

Ordered for next day delivery. Did not arrive so I waited few more days still nothing. Wrote email explaining my order hasn't arrived which they told me they didn't receive my order confirmation but cancelled my order anyway lol. Do not use as they are not reliable as this has happened twice now. If you have family do not rely on healthy halal. Full of excuses as I have screen shots of the confirmation and was told by healthy halal they did not receive it. As for the reply from healthy halal about the vouchers for free delivery were for my parents so technically it's wasn't for me and I thought you would appreciate the extra business. Instead of trying to cause arguments and not owning upto your mistakes please put as much effort into improving your business rather than arguing with customers. Thank you won't be ordering again. (Amira the keyboard warrior) P.s you will be receiving no money for delivery from me. Halal company lol pffft

Seems like they are closed. Expecting delivery since last Friday 20/1/23 and still waiting to even hear from them about why it is delayed. You just can't contact them as nothing is working. I have found 4 phone numbers all are on voicemail, no reply on email or chat from google options. There is no way you can contact them. Avoid

My meat arrived 4 days late and they won't refund!. They asked me did it arrive in good condition!!! What do you think 5 days unrefidgerated. This is the 2nd order out of 3 orders that this has happened. They take NO RESPONSIBILITY if the courier doesn't deliver. BEWARE and don't use this company. No working phone e number either.....now we know why!.

I used them before and I couldn’t fault them, I have ordered few things with a turkey leg and guess what, I got the delivery without the turkey leg, no explanation and no refund m, sent them emails but didn’t get any replies, AVOID AVOID AND AVOID they are not trustworthy

Best quality meat in UK. Very impressed by the quality of meat, service and delivery. Even the marinated range is so yum. My favourite is the masala spare ribs. For working people this is the best solution. Order your marinated meats. Place them in the oven. And boom ready in minutes. I strongly recommend you try it.

Best quality meat, fast delivery, reasonably priced for what it is. Far cheaper and a whole lot healthier than a couple of takeaways, excellent way to meal-plan by subscribing to a meatbox via the few available options for this. The main reason I signed up was due to the ethical, human and loving way the animals are treated and cared for while alive, as this is imperative for me, personally. Great packaging, good flavours, lots of variety. Highly recommend.
