Healthworks is excellent for employers such as Manchester City Council. They do exactly what they state: ‘We provide bespoke solutions based upon organisational profiling.This means that your company receives the exact occupational health services it requires to meet its specific needs saving money....’ To employers they save money but to employees they abuse their positions of power and trust by falsifying Occupational Health reports to cover up disability discrimination. The employee in turn is left emotionally and mentally distressed unknown to them at the time that a doctor was selected to falsify their Occupational Health report. These doctors bring shame to the medical field by causing long term psychological abuse to employees. They continue knowing that abuses of power and coordinated abuses of power will leave them untouchable.
