I had my first experience of Health Space yesterday after recently moving to Bishops Waltham. I booked in for an ayurvedic massage with Sonja - I loved how warm and calm she was in her manner, and how knowledgeable. The equipment in the room is exceptional and the ambience is relaxing and friendly. The massage was deeply relaxing and releasing.
