Been a member for around 13 years now. Always claimed Optical, Dental and Chiropody but lately been claiming Physiotherapy due to Sciatica and no complaints here (other than the pain I'm in). Yes, it takes a few days to process your claim but at least I know they will reimburse me for my treatment. Trying to get back to work ASAP and waiting for NHS treatment could take a while. Good to have if you can afford to pay into it, just incase.

Reluctant to give any general information and ethnically biased. Look at the board- they're all white with English names, same goes for the rest of the team. Not a single foreign name or accent there. Treat people with foreign names differently.

I am still waiting to approve of my claim from 4th february ( they say qualification of the specialist is missing , some of the details are also missing in the claim). I have done ultrasound scan in a private medical centre and got a lot of headache to get money back.

An absolute disgrace of a company. have submitted my claim 4 times and every time they asked for something different which was provided and still no further. I would like to see their list of UK "specialist register or a member, fellow or licentiate of one of the royal collages" it must be very small. Will be making sure my employer knows all about this. Absolutely useless.
