Before seeing Steve in January 2018 my last experience with an oeteopath was 40 years ago. That in itself says a lot. I was referred by a trusted massage therapist as my back was creaking and she thought that something deep set and structural was afoot. I was going skiing in 3 weeks as well. I found Steve, calm, thoroughly professional and he exuded quiet confidence. I liked his back story in that he has arrived at where he is now professionally as a result of studying various techniques and I regard him more than just an oesteopath. He could tell that I had a few interconnected deep seated pelvic/lower back issue(s) going on. I was naturally nervous but 3 weeks later I was in the alps and even survived a bad fall. Given my back injury had origins decades earlier and I lead an active life, I have since decided to see Steve on a more regular basis to keep myself in greater physical balance. We're now working on easing the sacrum the craniology. For someone who has been very reluctant to have anyone "interfere" with my back, I can recommend him wholeheatredly. He's also been very helpful with complimentary exercise regimes.

I have been a client for over 10 years and have found Steve to be professional, friendly and caring and more importantly a relief for my aches and pains and other ailments. I initially went with a back problem but over the years, since my arthritis has worsened with age Steve has relieved any pain and offered excellent holistic advice with regard to the condition. In the early days I visited when I needed to, sometimes six months between appointments but as I have got older I find it more beneficial to go for regular monthly sessions which help with body alignment. Steve has also helped with sinusitis problems that I have periodically. He is always cheerful and positive and very thorough when it comes to making notes about medical history and lifestyle.

My family have been receiving osteopathy treatment from Steve for over 10 years. Throughout a range of health problems - backache, trapped nerve pain in leg, arm, stiff neck and, headaches & sinus problems Steve has always taken time to listen and understand what is wrong. He has a calm, caring and professional manner and puts patients at ease. I have taken my youngest two children from when they were babies for cranial osteopathy for sleep problems initially. I continue to take them and my older children for treatment of headaches, backache and 'growing pains'. My son has ADHD and ASD and I have found cranial osteopathy to be very beneficial in calming his behaviour and tics as well as improving sleep. I attended weekly for many months to treat pelvis/leg pain in pregnancy/postnatal. Now more recently I have longer gaps between treatments. Steve always tries to see patients as soon as practicable.I have recommended Steve to a number of my friends and will continue to do so.

I went to visit Steve as I heard he does cranial osteopathy and I had heard that it might help the terrible pain of occipital neuralgia - a nerve pain in my head which I have had for at least eighteen months. Steve was very keen to find out my medical history so that he could treat holistically. After one treatment my pain has stopped and it has changed how I feel and how much energy I have.
