I qualified for six sessions with Health Assured through the company I work for. My husband and I had used the service in the past and again received a very positive experience. We were both looking for somewhere neutral to talk through some issues and found our counsellor very accommodating. We found the counsellor was willing to sit back and listen to what we both had to say and then intervene making some great suggestions. A very worthwhile experience, my counsellor Heidi was fabulous, I can not really explain how these sessions have helped me but at the end of it all I have come away stronger and now able to deal with the things that were causing me issues, at the very beginning I was an emotional wreck, at the end I am still troubled but am able to think clearly and manage my thoughts, things do not overwhelm me now and I am sleeping. It has been 100% beneficial to me. Thank you Heidi.
