Zero stars. No empathy from person I spoke over the phone. He was doing something else and didn't even listen to my questions. I had to repeat myself couple of times. Very poor customer call centre.

Worst place ever!!!! Had an appointment for 10:45 and i had to wait for 2 hours and 38 minutes to be seen and every time i asked how long am i gonna wait they kept telling me 10 minutes. The waiting area stinks of pee ITS HORRIBLE the plastic seats made my back hurt so bad as i am 8 months pregnant!!!! The waiting is unbelievable!!!! They need to get the timing for the appointments sorted.
