"Jayne gives the best sports massages I have ever received. She is clearly very experienced and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I work long hours, travel lots with my job and do lots of sport and as a consequence I was suffering really badly from pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Seeing Jayne every fortnight has helped me immensely. She is very thorough and always works hard to chase the tough knots out of my muscles.
