My partner and I went to see Aly on 12th Oct. We went together feeling stressed and anxious and left feeling relieved, stress free and extremely relaxed. Such a lovely cabin which makes you feel like you are far away. Aly was so lovely and welcoming. She talked us through what to expect and gave us extremely helpful tips to continue as my partner broke her ankle last year. The session was extremely calm, with lovely ‘plinky plonky’ music playing in the background and lovely aroma smells too. At the end, Aly explained very well things that she found and also emailed us with her findings and suggestions for stretches and oil blends which I thought was really lovely. I felt very relaxed after leaving and my partner said she felt a weight lifted off of her shoulders. We can’t wait to go back again. Thank you Aly J&F xx
