I had a few sessions with Mark and they have been very helpful. In our stressful times it does help to have someone helping you back towards the basics, yourself as sometimes we just have to accept that we cannot do everything by ourselves. We tend to forget with all the distractions of life, expectations, challenges, to just be, and Mark helps you with kindness and love to remember.
