I have had a much needed and appreciated Healing session here on more than one occasion. On entering the treatment room the first thing that caught my attention were the wonderful essential oil aromas, very welcoming, calming and relaxing. Monica was very patient with me and made me feel at ease to discuss my situation. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment ( during which I felt in a state of bliss! ) and came home feeling noticeably different to how I felt beforehand. I felt charged up, energised and light on my feet, a little spaced out, but in a good way. Thank you Monica. I know Alternative Therapies are not everyone's cup of tea, but to anyone considering a Healing or Reflexology session for the first time, here is a good place to start, and like Smokey Robinson said, " I second that emotion".
