Had to go in to hand in some documents to be photocopied as I’m owed inheritance. A simple task one might assume. The receptionist is SO rude and was highly inconvenienced by my existence and also because I came ‘at lunch time’ - it was 2pm. The woman who came downstairs to photocopy my documents (all two of them) was also not welcoming at all. If the NHS staff can put a smile on their face for 13.5hrs during their shift and save lives in the process then I’m sure you can manage to be polite at 2pm during your 7.5hr shift.

Poor experience so far. Receptionist always seems inconvenienced when you call through and the price of the quotes they charge seems extortionate when you find out some of their solicitors work part time hours. Not ideal when you’re trying to move forward with buying a property against a timely deadline.

Had the displeasure of approaching them to aid in the purchase of a commercial property. They think charging £300 an hour to send a 5 line email then not hearing anything back for ten days without even following up with a call or another email acceptable. Obviously they were fired and are now refusing to give back my £400 on account so will be taking them to small claims court. Avoid like the plague, the staff are unprofessional and total weasels.
