Amazing, professional and fully recommend. I had a six week reflexology course. Had no idea how much of a build up of toxins my feet could hold. The technique was amazing to feel. Uncomfortable at times but not painful in anyway. I could feel the difference by the end of the third session. Felt like I was walking on air. Lovely setting, very relaxing, welcoming and lovely calming music. Rachel is very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Rachel is lovely, calm and very professional. She is so committed to her work, and was very welcoming. I appreciated that Rachel explained exactly what she would be doing with my feet, the products she would use, even down to what she used in her therapy room. I thoroughly enjoyed the work on my feet, found it to be extremely relaxing, and just what I felt I needed. The reflexology was firm and gentle at the same time, flowing... If truth be told I wanted it to continue. I highly recommend Rachel as a reflexologist, it was my first appointment with a reflexologist and I was very impressed. Thank you Rachel.
