The whole experience with Cassie from start to finish felt divine. She is so welcoming and I felt instantly comfortable. The massage combined with Reiki, crystals, beautiful oils and sounds was amazing. I've never experienced anything like it before. I felt a release and a rebalancing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Will definitely be coming back again.

I had such an amazing treatment from 'Heal, Grow, Relax' and literally floated out of the door at the end!! A lovely combination of massage and energy work/reiki, all made totally unique with some thoughtful touches. Cassie has a real intuitive gift, and perceptively picked up on some areas of my body needing additional care and attention, which made me feel in trust and totally at ease. I especially loved the unique herb blend which interspersed throughout the treatment, as well as the flower essence massage oils. It was a sensory bliss! Definitely not your average massage or reiki treatment! Highly recommend...
