My daughter's saxophone was not working well. We took the saxophone to this store. The gentleman was very kind and helpful. He asked his colleague to check it out which took only 5 minutes. The saxophone worked again and they didn't charge us at all. The only downside of this store is that their repair and service have been fully booked in the following 6 months. So one has to book earlier before hand. Anyway, I would recommend this shop to any other saxophone players.

I had my beautiful Yamaha YTS 275 serviced at Headwind and they did an amazing job on it. Also occasionally going down to try new horns and comparing them only for my own pleasure. They are so great and cool about it even they do know I am not a pro player. Extremely patient and very professional, cool about everything and more importantly, very serious about even my own opinions about different horns. You also need to know that all three of the guys are GREAT musicians. I mean professionals. I heard John Pratt playing and he is fantastic!!!!!!!!! I will be going down soon to try a new Remy tenor sax. I may upgrade my Yamaha one day. Thank you so much Headwind staff for your amazing hard work and enthusiasm. I highly recommend Headwind for anyone who need a new or even used horn.

I resently brought my first professional saxophone that I will be using professionally on tour and jazz school. I got a conn6m. They let me try many saxophones and gave me alot of time and information about the horn. I wasn't rushed at all and had a great experience. I went to many stores in paris, Germany and England trying to find a amazing horn. And I found one at headwind! They have a great range of vintage horns kept in amazing condition and Morden horns too. I really recommend this shop to anyone
