Such a disappointing experience. Hired for conveyancing for a house purchase. I did not get a response to the vast majority of my emails to my case manager, with all but one of my phone calls to him sent straight to his assistant. He did not directly address any of my enquiries. Would not recommend.

Although we started off well, i would not recommend Rod Stephenson @ Headleys for a change of name-deed poll. I paid over £100 for their service, just to be told to find my own witness for my signature (Mr. Stephenson was on annual leave) and it seemed no one in the offices could be found for just 30 seconds to witness my signature. The paper that the deed was printed on is of poor quality and all seems very amateurish. In hindsight, i should of applied for a change of name on the GOV website for £45.
