Michael and the team were brilliant sanding and repairing 2 landings, 2 sets of stairs and 5 rooms. As we were living in the property they worked round us, and were flexible as we got furniture moved from 1 room to another. Communication was always spot on. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. Headington Flooring have just finished resanding and sealing our downstairs floors. They have done an amazing job! Very professional and efficient. We are absolutely thrilled with the result they managed to achieve on our tired, stained flooring and it looks like we have had a new floor laid! An added bonus was that they worked very cleanly and a lot less dust was created than I anticipated. Can't praise this company highly enough.

Incredible job. We called Michael for help after attempting to restore our floorboards. They removed concrete, stitched in new joists, replaced boards and filled all the gaps between the boards before sanding, staining and sealing. The end result was a stunning and draft free floor, we couldn’t be happier. It was great value for money and they finished the job in a couple of days. Michael treated our floor as if he was doing his own, he ensured it was perfect before he finished.
