Brilliant from start to finish! We lost the removal company we had booked because of delays exchanging contracts. Headington Carriers were so helpful and confirmed availability quickly. They delivered plenty of boxes and we packed the house in just two days! On the morning of our move the men arrived early and were friendly and helpful all day. We have found the whole process of moving house with Headington Carriers very easy. They were very responsive and with the site visits (prolonged purchase meant 2 visits) and even when we agreed a short completion date (approx 2 weeks) they were able to accommodate us. On the day the team were great, turned up at 8am as agreed and worked very hard to move us out and then in to our new house. We have some heavy and complex furniture but the guys took them apart and rebuilt them perfectly. Overall, we would really recommend Headington Carriers and should we be foolish enough to go through the whole process again and move then we would definitely use them.

Efficient and accurate quotation following an in person visit to the house. We then had to rearrange dates a few times due to delays in the moving process, and ended up booking with very short notice. This was accommodated with great communication and helpful service. The lorry and crew were amazing and loaded up on time in a very organised manner. The same with unloading. Can’t thank you enough for the quick response and great service, would definitely recommend.

After moving us out of our house, Headington Carriers 'lost' 20% of our goods being stored in their storage warehouse (this meant we moved house without all our kitchen items, our children's desks, a sofa and other essential items). We had to wait two weeks before they even acknowledged the loss and three more weeks before they looked for it and another three till it was delivered to us. When it was finally found we received no apology, just excuses. We were very disappointed with the attitude of management at Headington Carriers and would not recommend them. Excellent service at a good price! I had to organise a house move at short notice: headington carriers provided me with service after another, larger firm were unable to accommodate a quick move. I fell ill on the day of the move and the guys took care of virtually everything: didn't even have to tell them what to do! Really professional service provided at a time of need. What a Godsend. They were on time every day, everything was wrapped and packed carefully, nothing lost or broken.
