I feel like I've spent a lot of time procrastinating before starting the Tai Chi and Taoist Yoga classes in at Hyde Park and I couldn't rate the class enough! Laoma is a fantastic teacher and everyone at the class is super lovely and helpful. I really enjoy that the practise brings me back into my body and encourages healthy discipline and habits. I've found it great for stress relief and both my mind and body are feeling lighter, more relaxed and healthier :)

Unfortunately I was unable to attend all of the course. That aside the classes were informative and calm and supportive. Amazing teachers and a wonderful group of people. Thank you

Hi I have just completed 4 week taster and have just booked another 4 week course. Felt a little awkward at first, but the other students are more than helpful, friendly and accommodating to beginners. A very enjoyable 4 weeks and the hour or so flies by...its challenging of both mind and body, but care is taken and are only encouraged to go as far as your body is able... its a strange feeling of being relaxed, taxed and invigorated 😌 looking forward to the next 4 weeks bring it on 🤣 💗

I have joined Lishi Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation and Kung Fu classes at Headingly last month. I really enjoyed it my tester month and has decide to subscribe for monthly membership. I found everybody very welcome. the classes got structure, great, uplifting atmosphere and everybody are very helpful. After each class I was experiencing significant increase of my energy. Through those 4 weeks I have noticed more balance in my life and as well my physical balance has improved. I feel more energise and happier. Not sure if all is because Tai Chi or because spring is on the door. One I can say I really enjoy those session and definitely will carry on with it:)
