Staff always really helpful and great coffee stand. Unfortunately the ladies loos have been out of order for months and the gents are now too. They were only refurbished last year! Very inconvenient considering many drive a long way to use the station.

Ticket office lady more interested in getting home early on a Saturday. Closed up over an hour ahead of published times, made me wait for help whilst she swept up and wouldn't let me use the toilet because she had just bleached it. Made it very clear that I was an inconvenience to her
