    Ive lived in headcorn most of my life and trying to get an appointment is near impossible . Needed a prescription and was e mailed to say that i had been added to the gp phone appointment list . Then recieved another e mail saying i needed to speak to a clinician and to phone the surgery which i did. I was told the earliest appointment i could get was mid march . I explained that i needed the prescription . I was told i could ring in the morning for an on the day appointment which i have tried to do on several occasions .and havent got any appointments left . Very poor im afraid

    I think like all surgeries in this area the strain is making it very difficult to get GP help. The practice manager did take the time the time to write to me to explain these issues. Essentially more resources are needed but where will the money come from 🤷‍♂️

    You can never get an appointment and even if you do you have to have a phone appointment. Staff here are rude and uncaring . Always end up taking my child to the hospital when she’s Ill for the aforementioned reasons . Be wary of reception staff they are rude and do not try to help you

    I tried to leave this review on the NHS website but they declined it for being uninformative. So I’m putting it here instead! We moved to the area recently and have needed to call on Headcorn Surgery twice since registering. We are so impressed with everyone we have encountered. Friendly reception staff, kind clinicians who really listen and a calm and organised atmosphere. We are so grateful for the brilliant service we have received so far and feel reassured for any future needs.

    Not very happy about the service… It takes at least 40 minutes to have your call answered. Prescriptions are never on time- I ended up so many times hanging on the phone to be able to chase it up:( If you suffer from an ongoing health difficulty, it is really tricky to get any advice or help here. Really would not recommend this practice at the moment.

    Moved to area in September , very helpful reception staff. Easy to register and got an appointment within 2 weeks which I am more than happy with as not an emergency. Highly recommend
