    13/10/2022 On behalf of my wife Carol who had an very humiliating and embarrassing experience at Headcorn eye centre today. 03/11/2022 Follow up from two weeks later: It has come to light, after being contacted by phone by the eye centre today, that the appointment my wife was given for 13/10/2022 was actually someone else's and we apologise profusely to the person concerned for posting a copy of the appointment slip on our review as we wrongly assumed that the name on the said slip was the receptionist that had made my wife's appointment. The gentleman that called and spoke to my wife was very courteous and apologetic explaining the course of events and admitting that they had made a serious error. I have obviously removed the appointment slip that I had originally posted. Hopefully we can now close the book on this one and move on.
