I thought this was a quick and cheap way of having my car washed until the machine malfunctioned and scratched my car. I filed report with dash cam clip clearly hearing a sharp metal scratching sound which lasted at least 4s. Politely asked the staff for a form to fill in after the damage. They get hostile and aggressive as soon as I mention their machine caused damage. Raising their voice and saying the company is not paying for any damage even if I file a report. Well I did anyways. Definitely not going anywhere this place ever again.

The guys are in a rush to even wash the tyres, wheels and the car still look unwatched. Also you paid for a proshield wax, the jet machine is not used properly on cars and detergent are hardly spray on car to remove stains.
